Q:
I ordered a led winter beanie cap on Dec 6 and still haven't received it. You sent a shipping confirmation with a UPS Tracking number and it's not a legit number in their system when I check it. What's up? Is this a legit company or what?
Need to notify FB and ask them to not allow this company on Fb. Cut them off

"Just the facts, mam" I too had some problems, but in all fairness-it was resolved. The tracking number issue may not be the true tracking number. As I recall, it is confusing how they put it on the confirmation. The tracking number with their company is not the same as the UPS number. You can ask via an email for the shipping number. The frustration is that emails take 24-48 hrs to get a reply. My "non delivery" did come. In fact, it came twice. It does not yet appear that I have been charged twice. I have purchased a bedspread- it was lovely. I have purchased sheets, and they are good quality. I have purchased dog leashes/harnesses- also very good quality. Communication with the company was my complaint. But, with persistance, and some live chat- it was resolved. Sometimes you get people on live chat that communicate a bit better.

I ordered 2 Daniel necklaces and 1 is shipped. I also order 2 initial bracelets and I haven't heard a word about them. There is no customer service number. Please help as these are Christmas gifts, thank you
Product was so ugly I will probably donate to Goodwill. Looked nothing like the advertisement.

They have NO customer service #, when you have a problem with an order, you have to e-mail their 'customer service dept.' then an automated E-mail response is sent to you. Then another will come 1-2 days later asking you to send them an e-mail with a pic of what is wrong with your order. My advice... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEIR MERCHANDISE IS JUNK & THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL, IN FACT MOST OF WHAT THEY SELL IS NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE! Take it from someone that had to learn the hard way!

I bought 2 charging cables that are advertised as being compatible with iPad and iPhone - but they aren't. MobStub won't take them back because it is beyond the return time frame for defective items. These are not defective, they are not compatible as advertised. How can I get in touch with someone who speaks English?
I would never use them again. No way to get in touch with them. Product was not true to size. My truck bag ripped as soon as I put something in it.

After several emails myself with my situation I " CC'd" the better business bureau customer complaint admin. Funny how they got back to me within 3 hours of that email.

They won't help you and they don't care. I had the BBB contact them numerous times to no avail. They aren't a real business.
